Raster MSR4C00 is actually MSR4C00H & MSR4C00V

Components in SRM that can be responsible for trips are expected to be sourced from the CED in a one-to-one fashion.   Rasters such as MSR4C00 are not, and this means assigning trips to the Raster doesn't work.

The "INTERNAL" sourced Raster components should probably be replaced with the CED elements  that comprise it instead.
