Provide PSS Segment of each component

Similar to beam destination it would be nice to know which PSS Segment each component is in. We need to know what components must be ready before a PSS segment is "locked-up". Right now we indirectly determine this by selecting a beam destination that is at the end of linacs, even if the "real" destination is something like "Inline Dump".
