When saving an article, allow user to specify the selector to extract the content

This would help us find the content in cases when we cannot find it ourselves automatically.

It must be implemented in:

• The form used to add an article.
• The refetch form.
• The browser extension. Ideally, we should even allow the user to select the content directly from the extension.
