I am attempting to use this tool on this STARmap PLUS data: https://zenodo.org/records/7332091
I am experiencing issues with dt.File_Train. The first time I tried to run it I let it run for 45 hours before aborting. I have since gotten it to run quickly for a single L-R pair and got a very small CCIlist.txt file:
to 50416 50792 1
to 50446 50792 1
to 50552 50696 1
to 50766 50696 1
to 50766 51016 1
to 50975 50792 1
to 51037 51016 1
Is this function expected to take a very long time?
