Pre-trained Models

Hello,

I am attempting to use this tool on this STARmap PLUS data: https://zenodo.org/records/7332091

Your tutorial mentions that there are pre-trained models on the github but I am struggling to find them. I am looking for .emd files something like this:

pretrained_embeddings = Test_dir +'/data/Apoe_Grm5/data_pca_pre.emd'

Also, how can I know when pre-trained model would be good for my data?
