Data type error when using ql_replay_agent

Describe the bug
The ValueError occurs when running the ql_replay_agent.py file directly in the new version of NASim.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone the NetworkAttackSimulator project
2. Navigate to agents directory
3. Execute: python3 ql_replay_agent.py tiny-small
4. See error
