Makes the repo compatible with git subrepo, and adds the newest version of spm-headers to it as well
Also makes it very easy to merge with evtpatch as I added all of the symbols necessary for evtpatch and SPMNetMemoryAccess to spm-headers
I took care of all of the assert problems so you wont need to do anything for this to work
