Pioneer: Sidebar renaming and moving of items #1302

For these, do not change the url.
- Rename "Accounts" back to "My Keys"
- Rename "Staking" back to "Validators"
- Move "My Memo" away from the sidebar, and add as a tab under "Accounts" / "My Keys"
- Make the url
../#/accounts/memo, or simply make it pop out similar to clicking the "Transfer" button.
