Tried to fix clazy build by: - Use a newer version of LLVM to build clazy. - Fix clazy issues. But there's a clazy issue in KSyntaxHighlighting preventing the build. As I couldn't find a good way to fix it, commenting out for now.

Comment out clazy build for now, until we can fix it.
