- adds css so markdown renders nicely. Wasn't really a problem since I only had basic text in the projects section, but I need a little css for the notes
- adds some notes! Stuff that was already written but not out in the world.
- disables the tag cloud filter for notes since it was acting wonky for reasons that were not immediately obvious.
- changes order of notes to be newest first
