CI/CD across hosts for new pushed changes

current process is manually building an ami, and re-running the script via ssh across all instances 🤮

closing this out - was unecessary for this project and i was able to manage without the extra effort.

#70 takes precedence

reopening this since builds/deployments are still extremely manual, this makes sense to have regardless of the underlying infra provider (digital ocean, aws etc)
