Internship project at the Clinical Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics (CEBB) at the Academic Medical Center (AMC) in Amsterdam. This project was aimed at accelerating the sparse redundancy analysis (sRDA) algorithm by using GPU-computing with the gpuR package. All files in this repository are R scripts which were used for this project. These scripts are dependent on the sRDA package, the gpuR package, and the doParallel package.
