Pipelines are not detected if folder name is different or a file exists

Describe the bug
When a folder/file is created in DIVE_Pipelines that does not follow the folder pipeline name convention, no pipelines are detected.

To Reproduce

1. Create a random file in VIAME_DATA/DIVE_Pipelines
2. Try to run a pipeline you created before (e.g. model training)

Expected behavior
Pipelines should be listed correctly

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows 11
• ubuntu 24

Aditionnal context
This can happen for MAC users when they acces the VIAME_DATA/DIVE_Pipelines folder (a hidden .DS_Store is created).
