Icons for external links need an aria-label #4025
Description
The icons for the external links are just read aloud in the screenreader as 'link: http://..." which is not helpful. I don't know I would understand that link is associated with the text it follows. Could it read 'external link: [text]' so that I know it's an external link for the text it immediately follows?
