AdminMetadata, Nested Property Delete Bug #4053

What went wrong? What did you expect to happen?
Sinopia generates multiple AdminMetadata nested templates when opening a resource. This also occurs in Sinopia Classic and Blue Core when opening an LC sourced resource or when loading via Load RDF. (See issue: blue-core-lod/sinopia_editor#24)
What is the impact on your work? (can't work / work stoppage; workaround exists; minor issue)
With Load RDF in Sinopia classic, multiple admin metadata nested templates are generated and provide different types of admin metadata. Sinopia creates these additional nested templates when the resource is loaded since it is a repeatable property. The values correspond to different ways of tracking changes in a description. In other words, multiple and differing uses of bf:AdminMetadata.
Since multiple adminMetadata nested templates exist, the system requires the cataloger to enter their credentials four times, which is a required field and part of the repeatable nested template in PCC and Blue Core templates in Sinopia.
The bug is that It's not possible to delete the erroneous nested templates and save. Instead, the cataloger must fill in their cataloger initials in all four nested templates first, then save, and then delete them.
A workaround would be to adjust the templates for Administrative Metadata to only be repeatable for AdminMetadata related properties that expect to repeat, and another nested template for those that are not expected to repeat. I need to check the documentation, but I believe there are issues with Sinopia using the same property more than once as well.
