Summary

document RateTokenLimitingMiddleware in Spanish and rename interval property to TimeWindow
add Spanish documentation and proper C# naming to RateLimitAttribute
clarify rate limit extension method and match new middleware API

Testing

dotnet build Http/Http.csproj (fails: The current .NET SDK does not support targeting .NET 9.0)
