Test light curve quality metric as a function of cadence

Simulate some Ia light curves and compute the perSNMetric for different cadences (i.e. different numbers of points on a light curve). We need to make a plot to find the point where adding more supernovae does not improve the overall metric. And make a nice plot for the paper. @kponder @aimalz @rbiswas4

I think this won't be ready for internal review, we have an approximation for the current draft though. I'll leave it open for future work.
