Added ellipsoidal coordinate system as compilation option.

Good to see this being merged :) Sorry for being a bit of a pain, but what is the reason for still needing the less accurate spherical alternative?

We want to make sure that the offsetting matches the ones in Neptus and make sure that the impact on the performance is neglectable. After we have the same in Neptus this will be the preferred (default) conversion.
