Rationale
PipelineToolsHelper._defaultToolsDirectoryassumes that pipeline tools will will be inbuild/deploy/binbut they might be inbuild/deploy/embedded/bin. The actual location is adjacent tolabkeywebappandmodulesdirectories, so the test helper should find the bin directory relative to them.Related Pull Requests
