pepsirf_test.cpp file needs updates to match latest development version of PepSIRF #152
Description
Current status of this test file:
- 63 test cases.
- 51252 assertions AKA expected outcomes for specific value returns.
- The file is behind in one test case involving samplelist_parser.cpp. Currently commented out and the cause for 3 failed test cases and 4 failed assertions.
- The last update to this file was approximately 1.3.1.
I would like to outline the possible tests that can be added before including them as test cases. Before determining what test cases need to be added or possibly updated, creating an overview of what tests are currently being implemented should be done. Once all the current tests are laid out I can share this with Jason and determine what additions and changes should be made.
