Icebug conflict with libomp.dylib

This happens only on the mac. Likely cause: two packages are bundling libomp.dylib. Probably different versions and crash.

rm the one used by icebug and use homebrew as a workaround:

export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$(brew --prefix libomp)/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
