Per our discussion on the Carpentries Slack (channel: libraries). Chuck informed me that he is not a current maintainer. I checked the README.md and saw he was still listed as a current maintainer. With his permission, I asked if I could move his name from "Current Maintainer" to "Past Maintainer" and he said please do.
At the same time, I made some minor revisions to the language in Episode 2 of the lesson to address issue #22.
