Forgot Password changes the language

After submitting an email-address on forgot.php the browser language is changed to the language of the submitted user.

This is why one should never merge, commit or even get near git while sleep deprived. I'll revert this as soon as I'm back at my computer.

Thats not nescessary. The merged pr did not contain the partial changes. The new one does. Only this issue needsto be reopened
