Improvements in styles, buttons and unnecessary code was commented.
With this contribution I finish the implementation of Bootstrap 5, I consider that the dev-bootstrap5 branch can be merged with the main branch. There are other things to improve, but they can be done in the main branch.
I want to thank @treborin, @effgarces and @lucs7 for their contributions, without them this project could not have started or finished.
