Currently most out the computaitons are done using the original 4,096 Hz sample rate which was chosen because of the higher temporal resolution for reaction time (saved as Biosemi trigger) and RR timeseries (heart rate variability, HRV).
This however might make some computations very heavy, which is especially the case for MFDFA. MFDFA already uses local downsampling, and one could later try to optimize this for computational performance without affecting the outcomes too much.
