Update changelog

Description

• Update the history in CHANGELOG.md
  • The automated releases rely on the CHANGELOG file. Once this is merged into nightly branch, I plan to create a PR from nightly to master. This will bring all the workflows into the default branch which is required in order for them to work in most cases.

Type of Change

Please delete options that are not relevant.
