Merge lvfs-testing to stable

Hello, please consider merge some firmwares from testing to stable.
We are unable to update some devices without enabling lvfs-testing when there are no updates in 3years...

From what I can see in the admin screen of fwupd, the firmware was demoted from stable to testing by anon@fwupd.org
@hughsie may have a comment about this.

I think some were auto-demoted due to failures -- I've moved them back and added "known issue rules" to prevent this from happening again. @RichardFevrier is there any firmware left in testing you think should be in stable?
