Post 1.6.0 updates

Description

• Start 1.6.1+ development.
• Add Family Group protos.
• Add familyGroupId LoggedOnCallback. This gets the ID of a family share a user might be joined in.
• Add type to AsyncJobMultiple Result, eliminating the need to cast.
• Consolidate getting machine-name/friendly-name to HardwareUtils. Add tests.
• Fix PersonaStateCallback.StatusFlags (From SK PR 1511) and rename callback class to be singular tense.
• Make deviceFriendlyName a JVMField like the rest of the varables in the class.
• Update dependencies
