When using command !say it brokes because of a wrong number of parameters
- Ignore .swp files from VIM - Ignore .pyc files
If only the owner is allowed to use the commands, it needs to be checked just once
New command !help added and can be accessed without permission
Network is now a parameter for the commandline
- Create specific functions to commands
Just type python test_file.py
