Python 3.9 reached EOL 2025-10. Recent versions of spacy (transitive via spacy-universal-sentence-encoder) require thinc 8.3.12+, which has no Python 3.9 wheels. Project's pyproject.toml only requires >=3.9, so 3.12 is in-bounds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
