Multiple connection errors after new update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download any video from any feed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I got 1.13, all the 500 and 403 problems from before were fixed. But now 
that I have 1.17, I keep getting connection errors left and right! Error 9006, 
9526, and even some errors 403!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 1.17 on Windows Vista. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Can I get 1.13 back, please?

Some examples are how it'll download up until a certain number of MBs, then 
give an error, or how I'll start a download and suddenly see the connection 
rate going down without ever stopping.

It doesn't look like an issue with RSS Handler, could be a network problem? Are 
there any warnings in RSS Handler's log?

As for build 13, you can still find it in the downloads page. Just search for 
all downloads and you'll find it.

They didn't go away, and some of them keep happening.

I don't know where to find the RSS Handler log, and I have tried changing most 
of my network settings.

If you're using the start.bat file to run RSS Handler, use this command:
start java -cp RSSHandler-3.0.1.XX.jar com.rsshandler.Main 8083

where XX is the build number (I suggest you stick to the latest, 17), and make 
sure to use your own port number if it's different than 8083.

This will open the console and you'll see the logs there. Close your podcasting 
app (e.g. iTunes) then use start.bat to run rss handler, then launch your 
podcasting app again to retry all failed downloads. If there are problems with 
rss handler you should see logs that start with "Warning" instead of "info". Or 
you can just copy all lines into a text file and attach it here.
