Investigate ability to capture function fingerprints

We should investigate the ability of MAEC to capture function fingerprints, including whether we need to add any new structures to do so.

Should this also extend to the capture of "whole binary" fingerprints (i.e., like a fuzzy hash)?

A few more questions:

• What's the use case for capturing individual function fingerprints - correlation/comparison with other samples whose fingerprints have been extracted and characterized in the same manner?
• Given that the CybOX Code object already has a way of arbitrarily capturing functions, would it make more sense to capture function fingerprints there?
