Show username in console title

I hope I've done everything right, I'm using svn at work so my git experience is nearly zero.

Shows the username in console title to make identification easier when multiple instances of the client are running.

Your pull request is right:

• No unnecessary files commited
• Commit notes and comments are explicit

I'll probably add a setting for that since the config file already allows to change the console title.
(Title is not changed by default because the client might be called from a batch file which already set a title)
