This is a known issue in recent versions: polling for task status sometimes continues even after all tasks are completed. The polling logic in the UI is supposed to stop automatically when all tasks reach a terminal state ("completed", "failed", or "cancelled"), but recent changes—especially in version 1.3.14—introduced regressions where this doesn't always happen as expected. The root cause is that polling is tied to the presence of active (non-terminal) tasks, and sometimes state updates or edge cases prevent the UI from detecting that all tasks are done, so auto-refresh isn't disabled and polling continues. This behavior is tracked in several recent issues and is related to changes in the polling logic introduced by the new Tasks system and PR #1094. A suggested workaround is to cache results locally and provide a manual refresh button instead of continuous polling after completion. For more details, see issue #1105, issue #1108, and PR #1094.
