online docs on readthedocs #183
Description
It would be nice to have docs available on readthedocs, which is quickly
becoming a de-facto standard place for open source documentation.
However, readthedocs cannot build C-extensions etc so one has to do other
things to make it work. At the moment, our docs do not build there:
https://readthedocs.org/projects/mdanalysis/
Does someone want to look into this in more detail?
