docs for pkdtree are missing

Expected behavior

lib.pkdtree is mentioned in the docs but none of the functions in lib/pdktree.py are documented.

Actual behavior

Should be in docs under https://www.mdanalysis.org/docs/documentation_pages/lib_modules.html
