Cannot open one session from two python processes

If I try to open medd session, which is already openned with another python process, I get this error:

Hi Vodyn, While the C library can handle this, the Python wrapper does not at this time. We are working on a major upgrade of the Python functionality right now that will more closer mirror the C library. For now, is it possible for you to not have the same session open in two python processes? Or can you use the C library directly? Or can you start a separate Python environment for the second process? By any chance, are you good with C and Python? If so would you like to help with the upgrade of the python wrapper?
