Game crashes when using Undo function in Terrain Painter (Sandbox mode)

Steps to reproduce

1. Started a sandbox mode game
2. Opened the Block Menu
3. Entered the Terrain Painter
4. Placed several buildings randomly
5. Attempted to undo the last action
6. → Game crashed immediately
