Create foundry tutorial notebook focused on usage

As a User, many of our example notebooks are specific to scientific problems, but don't show the breadth and depth of foundry features. As a User, I want an example notebook that shows me how to use all Foundry features

Assumptions:

1. Using the Foundry dataset-usage refactor
2. Notebook works in google collab

Acceptance Criteria

Given I don't know all of Foundry's features, when I run this tutorial notebook, then I see them all in action and explained
