Add Support for Initial Tab Index

I'm using the plugin and it work very good! Great job! But I have a need to put the second tabview like index, not the first one, and I not find a way to do this in the properties of component.

Ahhhh, ok, sorry, the name of this property made it seem like it was only to get the currently selected index, not to set it. So I'll correct this property to fix the issue.
