replication of results

Hi Minghao, I tried to replicate the paper's results shown in Figures 7, 8, and 9. It looks like the default settings of the 2D heat sink problem would lead to the results shown in Figure 8. However, the optimization seems to collapse with a weird topology. I wonder if you can provide the settings for achieving Figures 7, 8, and 9 in the paper?

By the way, I wonder if serial or parallel computing will make a difference to the optimization results?
