Questions about application in controlDict file

In the new version of the program, in controlDict file of the app folder, it seems that you annotate the line of simpleFoam solver, and choose to use the myadjointShapeOptimizationFoam, which seems to be not a default solver but your own solver, but I didn't find this file in the program, thank you for your time.
