Improve logging

Currently, the logger doesn't log a lot of extremely important information, which makes debugging a lot more difficult.

• Clean up the logger class
• Create distinct categories that can be logged to, and make them easy to address (use editor suggestions)
• Add log points in various places to trace how events get handled
• Improve how log entries are displayed

This issue is required to investigate an issue with @midnightsugar on Discord, where their Hammer 88 Pro doesn't appear to be behaving correctly.
