Based on just the yaml file, allow generating the dart file without any argument passed.
Either detect if json file generation is disabled and bypass the argument check or split both generation in different commands.
Motivation
I just want to generate the dart file and my list of argument is huge and it would be painful to write all of them everytime i want to update my dart file.
