Migration to SVG icons

Changes in brief:

• replacement of PNG by SVG graphics, including some reasonable name adaptations
• new page-elements component for displaying Live SVG favicon
• logo and selected icons revised to be more theme-specific
• support of 'getThemedLink()' in Javascript (for use in Ajax scenarios)
• revised display directive for hiding and re-displaying optional components
• partitioned CSS properties and styles for better flexibility across themes
• provided theme variants with larger icons and remote-control keys (e.g., for tablets)
• improved alignment of icons for dimensions beyond 16x16 pixels
• imported remote control literally into HTML code to avoid area mapping for links
• added keyMap for flexible control of key presses and tooltips
• support of seamless scaling for remote screen (both snapshot and OSD) and remote control
• provided info window with the remote-control's keyboard mapping
• fixed issue of info windows not opening "hovering" on certain pages
