tire wear mod compatibility?

the game runs fine with both mods, however there is no visual indication of the tires being worn out. It's it safe to assume these two mods do not work together at this time? is it possible to have the two mods function correctly together?

If you mean this mod, then yes it is supported with a very good way.

There are some things left #110 but minor that needs further test to be 100% sure that is all working correctly.

hmm interesting. what dictates the period of time before they are worn out? I set the use up your tires mod to high, which should mean they wear out after I believe its 3.8 km, and saw no visible change even after 20 km. This was on several modded and in game vehicles. Now I can't use that mod at all as the game hangs and I get spammed an error in the log. Your mod works fine though so I'm good lol.

Hi! Exactly, it’s worth adjusting in the RVB settings menu if you want, because RVB overrides the default distance set by the Use Up Your Tires mod. By default, it’s probably set to 340, and you can find this under the “Lifetime of Parts” section.

OK that's what I figured. unfortunately I think I'm pushing the game far too hard with mods (I try to get it to be a realistic as possible) and I prefer older equipment. I saw a warning in the log about lua memory at a dangerous level for PS5, not sure what that means or what to do about it, but it seems that by adding the tire mod is enough to crash the game at this point. perhaps I'll go through my mods and remove anything I don't use often and try again. It doesn't help I'm pushing what's graphically possible either running at 11700x2160, I play mostly 1st person and I just can't do single screen anymore lol.

If I told you the error I get, you think you could point me in the right direction? I get it isn't your mod or your problem, but any help would be appreciated.

If you’re playing on PS5, it probably won’t work there.

I'm not, that's just the warning in the log.... don't know why it was necessary to tell me that when it shouldn't matter, perhaps just coding left in from the console version.
