Just fix the doctest that produces the error in #999 (probably because that PR fixes something that makes the test to run)

Go over Quit and Exit docstrings, and put this into Chapter: Kernel Sessions. Move 'Out[]' from Main Loop (which is not really a guide section). Add title to mathics.builtin.evaluation so that it will be seen in the docs.
