Timestamps ignore Wordpress timezone settings

The date/time reported by Display Tweets seems to always display in UTC, ignoring any timezone set in the Wordpress general settings.

For instance, a tweet posted at 10:44am ET (currently UTC -4) shows up as 2:44pm--a difference of 4 hours.
