App is showing connection timed out error

Hey there ,
I tried to run your app on my device but it's showing connection timed out while making request to some URL that you have provided 104.236.240.59 , which you might have used as a proxy server for backend codes. UI part of app is working fine but as soon as i make request to Watson API it displays an error mentioned above. Please help me out of it ,a humble request

We haven't been able to keep the server running. Our credits on most platforms have either expired or have been completely consumed, which is why you're receiving the connection timeout error.

Can you please help me out how to create my own proxy server to run server side code , I am facing issues in creating it. Your reply is of utmost importance to me.
