mediaconch XML Implementation check - Mediaconch version?

Hi,

I think that it would be useful to record the mediaconch version as an xml element. It could be useful for an archive to know which version of the tool ran the implementation check, even though this could be grabbed by a script and stored outside of the XML.

Same as @ablwr, and we already do that for MediaInfo XML output, so we just forgot to actually implement it.

Schemas for mediainfo, mediatrace, and mediaarea already have definitions to store creationApplication and creatingLibrary. IIUC this is a MediaInfoLib issue and not a MediaAreaXML issue. I'm going to close this and open one there.

reopening since the mediaconch.xsd is missing that data. Sorry I was looking at mediaarea.xsd.
